Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen injured his left ring finger last night at Boston. Examination postgame by the Cavaliers medical team, followed by an X-ray administered Thursday at Cleveland Clinic Sports Medicine revealed a non-displaced fracture of his distal phalanx. Allen will undergo a series of treatment and evaluation and will be listed as QUESTIONABLE for Friday’s game versus Toronto at Rocket Arena.
